Violet Grove is situated on the outskirts of the busy market town of Castle Douglas. The house itself is semi-detached with it's own private garden and parking. There is a substantial decking at the front for you to enjoy the long summer evenings looking over the picturesque Carlingwark Loch and Park.

Violet Grove has 2 bedrooms with a King size bedroom with free view smart TV. There is also a twin room.
Downstairs we have made the whole area open plan which is perfect for the family living space. The brand new fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the outside store. There is a dining table in the kitchen/dining area.
The living room has a log burning stove, smart, free view smart 43" television and a lovely big window again looking over the park.
