  The lounge room is substantial and well appointed, and is bright and sunny with a large picture window. A wood burning stove has been recently added. There is a 37" lcd television with DVD player.

  The cottage has four bedrooms 2 of which are downstairs, one is a double and one is a twin room.
  
  Upstairs there is a twin room with a master en-suite double bedroom.
  
  The cottage has a bathroom and shower room on ground floor with the en-suite shower room upstairs.

  The cottage has a bathroom and shower room on ground floor with utility room adjioning (washing machine located here). The en-suite shower room is upstairs.
