 Cottage Number Two, High Kirkland, Kirkcudbright, Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland. Three bedrooms. Sleeping up to 6 adults. This very attractive and well appointed two storey cottage has everything you would need to accommodate a family of six for a holiday or short break. Expertly converted from a farm building in 2002, the cottage consists of a lounge / dining room, kitchen and a twin bedded room downstairs. Upstairs is a twin bedded room, double bedroom and bathroom.
The lounge room has a light and airy atmosphere with lovely views over adjacent farmland. It is equipped with all standard equipment including dining table and colour television.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave, and all equipment required for a self-catering holiday. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds, and upstairs there is a twin bedded room and a double bedroom.. All beds have duvets and covers; other linen such as sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc can be hired at a small extra cost by prior arrangement. The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room. One dog may be allowed, but by arrangement only.
