This beautifully appointed cottage consists of a lounge / dining room, kitchen and a twin bedded room downstairs. Upstairs is a bunk bed room, double bedroom and bathroom.

The lounge room has a light and airy atmosphere with lovely views over adjacent farmland. It is equipped with a digital television and DVD player.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave, and all equipment required for a self-catering holiday. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds, and upstairs there is a bunk bed room and a double bedroom.. All beds have duvets and covers.

The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room.

One dog may be allowed, but by arrangement only.
