On two floors, the cottage comprises of a large and airy lounge room, a spacious dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, one double-bedded and three twin bedded bedrooms. There is also a bathroom and a shower room.

The lounge room is substantial and well appointed, and is bright and sunny with a large picture window. There is a digital television with DVD player.

The dining room is spacious with a large dining table seating up to eight people comfortably, and the adjoining all-electric kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer etc. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities.

The cottage has a total of four bedrooms.

The cottage has four bedrooms 2 of which are downstairs, one is a double and one is a twin room.  Upstairs there is a twin room with a master en-suite double bedroom.  The cottage has a bathroom and shower room on ground floor with the en-suite shower room upstairs.

All beds have duvets and covers. The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room.

One dog may be allowed, but by arrangement only.
